Mahr Metering Systems has been developing and manufacturing gear metering pumps since 1948. Our gear metering pumps are mainly used in the production of synthetic fibers for the textile industry. The yarns are also suitable for the production of nonwovens and are used in medical technology. In addition, another area of application is the production of technical yarns: for example, a piece of fiber produced by Mahr can be found in some car tires, seat belts, airbag fabrics or protective and space suits.
