The textile industry consists of a wide range of numerous processes: producing the fibers, yarn and fabric, dyeing it, using printing techniques or applying finishing coats: today there are specially designed machines for every step. Quality control system Qualiscan QMS-12
Qualiscan QMS-12 is a traversing, modular system for measuring, logging and controlling critical process parameters over the entire product width, area and coating weight, total and layer thickness, fiber composition, moisture and more.
Mahlo’s wide product portfolio includes various sensor technologies, from conventional beta, x-ray and microwave systems all the way to the latest and unique generation of infrared, ultraviolet and vision light interference sensors.
Portable Moisture Gauge Textometer DMB-15
The Textometer DMB is a mobile handy device for measuring moisture on textile webs and bobbins on a wide variety of versions. It determines the moisture content of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products precisely and quickly.
Automatic weft straightener Orthopac RVMC -15
The Orthopac RVMC is the universally employable straightening system from Mahlo for the correction of fabric distortions for nearly all applications. Available with hydraulic or electrical straightening roller adjustment.
The modular construction of the weft straightener allows the system to be configured to meet the demands of changing conditions and requirements.
The Orthopac straightening family offers many different variants for all textile applications.
Modular process control system Optipac VMC-15
The Orthopac VMC is a modular process control system for textile refinement. It optimises drying or fixing processes as well as the processes all about the stenter. The system measures, logs and controls critical process parameters over the entire working width like temperature, dwell time, residual moisture, exhaust air moisture, thread density, basis weight and more. This increases quality while saving resources and energy.
The modular design of the system allows its flexible adaptation to all applications. Both, standard requirements and highly customized demands are thus met.
The system can also be integrated into an Orthopac straightening system. It thereby combines the functionality of a weft straightener with that of a process control system in one compact device.
Pattern and distortion & reapeat control Patcontrol PCS -20
The leading pattern detection system using camera technology. The repetitions of printed, woven or tufted patterns are evaluated according to certain algorithms and are used for measuring, correcting and evaluating distortions and patterns.
The system uses one or two cameras, depending on the width of the product, to detect the position of the pattern and automatically and continuously determine the pattern repeat, as well as the product width, and together with a straightening machine align the product distortion based on the recognized pattern.
