ERBATECH SCOUT RANGES
World leader in continuous wet finishing of sensitive fabrics.
The continuous technology –especially in the open-width form –offers reduced production costs ( –25% compared to jet technology) and excellent fabric quality.
Erbatech‘s SCOUT ranges
The open-width family SCOUT is the machine of choice for most customers. Erbatech offers:
-Pretreatment ranges
-Dyeing padders (CPB)
-Washing after dyeing
-Washing after printing
SCOUT ranges are designed to treat very sensitive fabrics, such as knitwear with significant Lycra contents. Constant tension control eliminates longitudinal stretching. A relaxed fabric run relaxes the fabric and minimizes residual shrinkage potential. The application of the counter-flow principle saves large amounts of water, steam and chemicals. In addition, the treatment in open-width form produces a perfect fabric surface, with no crease-marks and no hairiness.
