Bruckner stenter POWER-FRAME
The stenter frame is the heart of textile finishing. It develops more and more into a multi-purpose line for the production of technical textiles and other web-shaped materials. Every day, thousands of Bruckner stenters around the world are stentering, drying, heat-setting, functionalizing and coating incounting meters of the most different fabrics.
Bruckner Continuous Dyeing Range
The hotflue is the heart of a continuous dyeing range and depending on the customers’ requirements it can be supplied with oil or gas heating. Due to the intelligent drive concept and a sophisticated air flow control an exact shade homogeneity is achieved across the length and the width of the fabric. Tailing and migrations are prevented and the dyeing results are 100% reproducible. Also our infrared dryer has an important part in the dyeing process. The burner elements are made of a special metal fibre material and provide for a high reliability and an absolutely uniform and migration-free dyeing.
Bruckner shrink & relax dryer POWER-DRY
The PD1 high-performance shrink and relax dryer can dry, relax and shrink knitted fabrics in tubular and open form, as well as elastic woven fabrics, in a short overall length. Residual shrinkage values are reduced to a minimum, giving the fabric excellent dimensional stability in length and width as well as a fluffy, soft and voluminous hand.
Bruckner nonwovens line SUPRA-FLOW
Our range of products for the nonwovens industry comprises coating and application units, thermofusion and heat-setting ovens (flat or vertical design) with different fabric transport systems, high temperature lines, airlaid dryers, calenders as well as cutting and winding units.
Bruckner finishing lines for floor coverings
We supply any kind of carpet finishing and coating lines from the raw product to the finished article. Depending on the carpet type and the required drying capacity after washing, dyeing or printing, in finishing, coating or laminating we offer different dryer systems.
