Decatizing Wrappers
Satin Type (Cotton/Polyamide, Cotton/Polyamide/Polyester, Polyester/Cotton, 100% Polyester): Available in densities from 75 – 133 picks/cm, designed for use in both kier and finish decatizing machines.
Napped Satin Type (Cotton/Polyamide): Ideal for kier or finish decatizing machines.
Molleton Type (100% Cotton, Cotton/Polyamide): From 440 g/m² to 650 g/m², used in finish decatizing machines.
Underwinding:
Materials: PAC, Aramid (Nomex®), and PP.
Application: Used in kier, finish, and continuous decatizing machines.
Endless Needle Felts:

Just one knot in the surface of the wrapper will do to be impressed into the woolen material and result in 1B production quality. Since the wrapper is used several hundred times, many pieces of material would be affected by this fault. The same applies to yarn irregularities, stains and holes. This shows that the manufacture of decatizing textiles demands a high degree of sensitivity when it comes to production quality.

The large number of types of machines on which felting is used as support material calls for the development of a broad range of products. Thus, we supply endless needle felts for the following machinery:

We have the widest possible range of products on offer with the most varied technical parameters. The inner circumference and the width of the endless needle felts fit the dimensions of the machine. The surface weight of the needle felts can be adjusted according to the use on various types of machines.
Different materials, material thickness and surface weight result in different effects on the surface of the fabric or knitted material which is receiving treatment.Needle felt belts are generally made from wool fibres, special polyester fibres, aramid as well as PES-Aramid blends. These are hydrolysis-resistant to prevent the destruction of the blanket at extreme temperatures and high humidity. At the same time these felts are used as base material for our silicone blankets. Needle felt belts can be made with different technical parameters from several components as per customer specification.

The technical properties of the silicone blankets are perfectly matched to the kind of finishing, such as:

In our assortment you will find blankets in various widths and with different inner circumference as well as thickness and surface weights. Silicone coatings can be applied on one side or on both. The silicone, which is used, has been developed especially for the large variety of applications by a well-known silicone manufacturer.

Rubber Shrinking Belts
THE INDUSTRY STANDARD FOR WOVEN AND KNITTED GOODS
Whether woven or knitted goods, Rubber belts are used by quality-oriented finishers worldwide and are among the best of their kind. They are specifically designed for difficult working conditions.
We offer Rubber belts for Sanfor and Comfit machines.
Hardness: 38 Shore A
Inner circumference: 3.962 mm
Thickness: 67 mm – 72 mm (other thicknesses also possible)
Width: 1.000 to 3.600 mm
Our offered rubber belts are based on a multilayor structure with good resistance against chemicals. It´s possible to grind our rubber belts several times.
